Lauren White was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. She is currently a senior at South Mecklenburg High School. She has been cheering since she was 3 years old. She has participated in the Carolina Panthers Junior TopCats program in 2007 and 2008. She has also cheered throughout middle school and high school at E.E. Waddell Language Academy and South Mecklenburg High school. Lauren has always been a hard worker in everything she does, which contributes to the success in her academics and cheerleading.
While attending E.E. Waddell Language Academy, she learned German from 6th to 8th grade and had the opportunity to go on an exchange trip to Ludwigsburg, Germany. She continued learning German throughout high school.
During her 8th grade year, she began taking tumbling classes. Lauren was recruited to be on a level 2 All-star competition team in 2013. After a very successful season, her team became national champions. She continued to compete on a level 3 team until 2016.
In her free time, she volunteers at Elevation Church in Ekids. She is very passionate about working with youths and pushes to be a positive role model to younger kids.
Lauren continues to pursue her passion for cheerleading and will be joining the 2017-2018 Queens University cheerleading team! She looks forward to her first season as a collegiate cheerleader.
Alexxus Carr was born in Alexandria, VA and raised in Charlotte, NC. She graduated from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University with her Bachelors of Science in sports science with a concentration in pre-physical therapy. She has been dancing since age 7. She began dancing at BB Dance Productions taking classes in ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, lyrical, gym, and hip hop. She competed for 4 years in jazz, tap, lyrical, and hip hop. In college, Alexxus danced as a Golden Delight in the Blue and Gold Marching Machine for 4 years which included various performance opportunities. A few performances include the Honda Battle of Bands and participated in the New Orleans Mardi Gra parade. She also danced 3 years on the CoolMist dance team at NC A&T, performing for the ColdSteel drum line. Alexxus has danced with various groups and participated in different workshops, auditions, and dance studios events all over the East Coast. Alexxus is a current Professional cheerleader with the Carolina Panthers for the 2017 Football season! Dance is her passion and she has the dream of one day being on broadway!
Léonce Wilkins was born in Greenville, NC. She studied dance from the age of five to eight years old in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Leonce arrived back into the states to continue dance with the Greenville Dance Company until the age of eighteen. After initially enrolling in East Carolina University for dance, Leonce then transferred to the University of North Carolina School of Arts to complete her degree in Contemporary Dance.
Graduating in 2009, she joined Poetic Xpressions Dance Company in Baltimore, MD (2009-2010) as a principal/soloist directed by Amanda Fair. While living in Maryland, Leonce guest appeared for VT Dance directed by Vincent Thomas. Leonce traveled back home to North Carolina and has worked for Launch Your Kid, the Mathews Theater of Arts, and Be Free ENTERTAINMENT.

Cheer & Dance Instructor
Elyse was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. She graduated from Mallard Creek High School in 2012 and is currently a student at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, NC pursuing a degree in Speech Pathology. She is 2016 and current 2017 Professional Cheerleader for the Atlanta Falcons.
Elyse began cheerleading and dancing at the age of 6 and has loved it ever since! She has been trained in jazz, acro-gymnastics, ballet, pointe, contemporary and hip hop. She was a member of the competition dance team with Dance Fusion in Harrisburg, NC. In addition to dance, Elyse was an all-star competition cheerleader and won many national titles. Elyse has danced for the Golden Delight dance team and the Blue and Gold Marching Machine at North Carolina A&T for the past 2 years. She has also had the opportunity to perform at the Honda Battle of the Bands, the Queen City Battle of the Bands, and the MEAC/SWAC championship in Disney World.
When is Elyse is not dancing she enjoys spending quality time with her family, shopping, and traveling. Elyse is very excited to join the staff at M.A.D.E. Today, Inc.
Coach Ashliyah Allen is a senior at West Mecklenburg High School. She has been dancing since the age of 3 and began with MADE Today, Inc. at age 6 participating in both recreational and competitive cheerleading and dance. In middle school she cheered and ran track at Whitewater Middle. Currently, Ashliyah is member of the Land Band of Pour Harmony at West Mecklenburg. She has participated on the team all four years of high school and her first two years played the saxophone. Ashliyah is a leader for the dance team and participant in the creation of her dance team routines. Ashliyah is passionate about dance! It is very important for her to perform and put on a show to make others smile. She takes a dance class at school to learn more and build on the foundation Mrs. Eiesha started. During her spare time she is a part of the upward bound program and takes dance as an elective. She has won many dance talent shows and believes that dance is more than just physical work, dance causes you to trust your body and after a while teaches you to learn quicker, which can really help in school work.Type your paragraph here.
Ms. Jennifer serves as an Administrator for M.A.D.E. Today, Inc. She is a native of Charlotte, NC. Jennifer is a proud M.A.D.E. parent and has been a part of the family for 10 years! Both her daughters Jazmell and Jalynn are members in over 8 different teams within M.A.D.E. and compete as both soloist and as part of a duet.
Ms. Jennifer promotes M.A.D.E. through fundraising opportunities with the Carolina Panthers, Harris Teeter, and the Charlotte Knights. She has a strong love for M.A.D.E. and seeing girls come into the program and gain skills that last them a lifetime. She is the mastermind behind much of M.A.D.E.'s success from performing at the University of North Carolina Charlotte basketball games to Carnival Cruise Ships, Walt Disney and Universal Studios. Ms. Jennifer is without a doubt a great asset to the organization.
Jazmell, affectionately known as "Jazzy" is a Junior at Olympic High School. She has danced with M.A.D.E. for the past 8 years!
Jazmell started dancing and cheering at the age of 4 under the direction of her role model and mentor Eiesha Horsley. She is a 10 year veteran of M.A.D.E., a member of the competition Elite team, and a soloist dancing competitively for over 5 years holding several 1st place National and Regional titles. She has been trained by Mrs. Eiesha Horsley since the age of 4 in jazz, lyrical, hip hop, contemporary, tumbling, and cheerleading. She has volunteered over 200 hours of training and service for her craft under the direction of Mrs. Eiesha.
Jazmell has cheered and danced on both her middle and high school teams at Southwest Middle and Olympic High School and performed at over 200 local, state, and national competitions and events. She is a national and regional champion in every routine she has every performed in four different states.
Jazmell is so excited to be apart of the staff at M.A.D.E. Today, Inc.! "While dancing is my passion I also love the excitement of being a High School cheerleader and helping others improve their skills as well."
