Cheer & Dance Instructor

Elyse was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. She graduated from Mallard Creek High School in 2012 and is currently a student at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, NC pursuing a degree in Speech Pathology.  She is 2016 and current 2017 Professional Cheerleader for the Atlanta Falcons.

Elyse began cheerleading and dancing at the age of 6 and has loved it ever since!  She has been trained in jazz, acro-gymnastics, ballet, pointe, contemporary and hip hop.  She was a member of the competition dance team with Dance Fusion in Harrisburg, NC.  In addition to dance, Elyse was an all-star competition cheerleader and won many national titles. Elyse has danced for the Golden Delight dance team and the Blue and Gold Marching Machine at North Carolina A&T for the past 2 years.  She has also had the opportunity to perform at the Honda Battle of the Bands, the Queen City Battle of the Bands, and the MEAC/SWAC championship in Disney World.

When is Elyse is not dancing she enjoys spending quality time with her family, shopping, and traveling.  Elyse is very excited to join the staff at M.A.D.E. Today, Inc.



Coach Ashliyah Allen is a senior at West Mecklenburg High School. She has been dancing since the age of 3 and began with MADE Today, Inc. at age 6 participating in both recreational and competitive cheerleading and dance. In middle school she cheered and ran track at Whitewater Middle. Currently, Ashliyah is member of the Land Band of Pour Harmony at West Mecklenburg. She has participated on the team all four years of high school and her first two years played the saxophone. Ashliyah is a leader for the dance team and participant in the creation of her dance team routines. Ashliyah is passionate about dance! It is very important for her to perform and put on a show to make others smile. She takes a dance class at school to learn more and build on the foundation Mrs. Eiesha started.  During her spare time she is a part of the upward bound program and takes dance as an elective.  She has won many dance talent shows and believes that dance is more than just physical work, dance causes you to trust your body and after a while teaches you to learn quicker, which can really help in school work.Type your paragraph here.


Dance/Cheer/Tumble Instructor

Breona Young is from Charlotte, NC.  She has been dancing since the age of 5.  She started with MADE Today, Inc. in both recreational and competitive cheerleading and dance under Owner/Director Eiesha Horsley.  She later went on to dance for BB Dance Studio and play volleyball.  Breona is a high school senior at Northwest School of the Arts and is a proud honor student and participates in many extra curricular activities.  She has been offered several academic and athletic scholarships.  

Breona is excited to be teaching at where her dance and cheer experience all began and looks forward to making a difference in young girls and boys lives.  



Ms. Jennifer serves as an Administrator for M.A.D.E. Today, Inc.  She is a native of Charlotte, NC.  Jennifer is a proud M.A.D.E. parent and has been a part of the family for 10 years!  Both her daughters Jazmell and Jalynn are members in over 8 different teams within M.A.D.E. and compete as both soloist and as part of a duet.

Ms. Jennifer promotes M.A.D.E. through fundraising opportunities with the Carolina Panthers, Harris Teeter, and the Charlotte Knights.  She has a strong love for M.A.D.E. and seeing girls come into the program and gain skills that last them a lifetime.  She is the mastermind behind much of M.A.D.E.'s success from performing at the University of North Carolina Charlotte basketball games to Carnival Cruise Ships, Walt Disney and Universal Studios.  Ms. Jennifer is without a doubt a great asset to the organization.

Dennis Howard

Hip Hop, Step and Tumble Instructor

Dennis Howard was born in Jacksonville, FL.  He is a welder by trade, but he has a passion for dance.  He began his dancing profession with A Rhythm Nation (ARN) Dance Company in 2007.  With ARN, he performed various types of dance including, but not limited to Hip Hop, Jazz, and Contemporary.  During his stint with ARN, Dennis taught choreography to his fellow dancers and instructed youth and adult mime and step teams at local churches for several years.  

His desire to dance and perform stemmed from his background in music and aspiration to study multiple aspects of music and dance.  Dennis loves performing and expressing himself through the art of movement and enjoys teaching step and hip-hop at M.A.D.E. Today, Inc.


Jr. Coach

Jazmell, affectionately known as "Jazzy" is a Junior at Olympic High School.  She has danced with M.A.D.E. for the past 8 years!

Jazmell started dancing and cheering at the age of 4 under the direction of her role model and mentor Eiesha Horsley.  She is a 10 year veteran of M.A.D.E., a member of the competition Elite team, and a soloist dancing competitively for over 5 years holding several 1st place National and Regional titles.  She has been trained by Mrs. Eiesha Horsley since the age of 4 in jazz, lyrical, hip hop, contemporary, tumbling, and cheerleading.  She has volunteered over 200 hours of training and service for her craft under the direction of Mrs. Eiesha.

Jazmell has cheered and danced on both her middle and high school teams at Southwest Middle and Olympic High School and performed at over 200 local, state, and national competitions and events.  She is a national and regional champion in every routine she has every performed in four different states.  

Jazmell is so excited to be apart of the staff at M.A.D.E. Today, Inc.!  "While dancing is my passion I also love the excitement of being a High School cheerleader and helping others improve their skills as well."
